Q: I’m ready to get started! What are the next steps?

A: Awesome! We’re excited to work with you and help grow your business. Please email lindsey@crosshairsmarketingllc.com and she’ll work with you to get your company started.

Q: When can I expect to start getting calls?

A: We target your mailers to get to your prospects within the first 2 weeks of the month. You can expect an increase in phone calls about 1 week after we drop your mailers.

Q: How can I keep track of my results?

A: We create a tracker for you that is updated on a monthly basis. This will help you keep track of your mailer volume, response rate, and close rate. We will also email you an excel spreadsheet of your leads.

Q: What about billing?

A: We invoice as soon as we receive your quoted list back. As soon as payment is processed, your campaign goes into production! The production process takes roughly 8 business days start to finish. Received payment signifies your approval for that month’s campaign.

Q: Can I make changes to my campaign?

A: We are happy to make tweaks to your direct mail campaign! Any changes will need to be made before we put your project into production.

Q: Do you offer any incentives?

A: Glad you asked! We offer a one time 10% bonus on your next month’s production for any agent you refer.  We also extend that 10% bonus to the referred agents first month of mailers.
